F.A.Q.

  • Do you take insurance?
No, HYPE does not accept insurance. At HYPE we believe in the importance of personalized, 1-on-1, hands-on care for our clients. Unfortunately standard insurances model would not allow us to provide this type of care.
  • What is the difference between HYPE and a traditional physical therapy facility?
The biggest difference you will notice is the time we spend with you. A treatment dictated by insurance companies is often restricted by standard time (30 min session) and types of service provided. Our sessions will be as long or as short as needed to fit your schedule and address the areas of focus. You won't be told to book "2x a week for 6 weeks". We will schedule appointments based off your needs. HYPE also provides one-on-one care. Often times at other PT facilities you will recieve 10-15 minutes with your primary therapist and then will spend the rest of your session with an aide supervising your cookie-cutter exercises. Having one provider for your full session allows for individualized, hands on care and knowledge provided throughout the whole treatment - from body work to each exercise repetition.
  • Where is HYPE located?
199 Newbury St, Danvers, MA. inside RECK Fitness and the New England Sportsplex. When you turn into the Sportsplex, turn right and go down the hill. Park in the lower lot at the bottom of the hill and enter through the double glass doors in the middle. Follow the two flights of stairs to the second floor and enter through RECK Fitness. Please wait in the lobby area and your provider will meet you here.
